Key responsibilities ✨
- Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to TA Managers.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a seamless transition from first contact to the TA Manager interview.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate scheduling process, coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and professional interview experience.
- Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
About you 🧑🚀
- Currently enrolled in a degree program and looking for a six-month full time internship contract starting ASAP
- Highly organized, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Energetic and excellent in communication, comfortable on telephone and video calls
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus.
- Native level in French and fluent in English, comfortable in an international setting.
