About the Team
The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent for various businesses within Paytm.
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
* Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
* Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
* Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
* Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.
* Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Superpowers/Skills
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling candidate information.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred).
