Job Description:
SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Student Intern to support our Government Affairs function. The successful candidate will support the team in researching policy developments, drafting communications, engaging with external stakeholders, and contributing to the formulation of strategic initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in government relations and public policy.
Responsibilities:
Policy Research & Analysis:
Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments at various governmental levels.
Conduct research on emerging issues and provide well-articulated briefings and analysis to the team.
Documentation & Communication:
Draft internal memos, briefing documents, and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Support the planning and coordination of meetings with government agencies, industry associations, and community partners.
Help maintain and update databases related to policy developments and stakeholder interactions.
Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Communications, Business Strategy) to align public affairs initiatives with wider organizational objectives.
Participate in the development of strategic action plans in response to emerging governmental issues.

Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor degree in related filed
Be able to do administrative tasks.
