Kess Berlin is looking for an Intern Social Media & Communications (f/m/d).
Are you passionate about social media, modern brand communication, and creative storytelling? Do you want to actively contribute to how a beauty brand builds visibility across digital channels, PR activities, and events while growing its community? Then become part of our Social Media & Communications team and support us in bringing our brand to life across all channels.
Your responsibilities include:
- Social Media Trend Research & Insights: Continuous monitoring, analysis, and creative translation of current trends, platform features, and best practices, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Content & Concept Development: Close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to develop platform-specific content ideas.
- Creator & Seeding Management: Sourcing, selecting, briefing, and coordinating content creators, as well as supporting product seeding to creators, press, and key opinion leaders.
- Content Production & Shoots: Creative support during shoots, product staging, and campaigns with a focus on social media.
- PR & Brand Activations: Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of PR activities, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Event Management: Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of community and launch events, including on-site support and accompanying content creation.
What we expect from you
- Studies in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field, or alternatively initial practical experience in social media, PR, or event management.
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and modern brand worlds, as well as a strong sense for trends, zeitgeist, and digital culture.
- Creativity and a strong visual understanding of content, creative concepts, and brand aesthetics.
- Ideally, experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
- A structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working, with enthusiasm for organization, coordination, and hands-on execution.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
