• As part of our Sales Commercial Operations team, you will help us further develop our internal communication concept to increase awareness of our team across Bosch Rexroth.
• You will actively drive the expansion and networking within our internal sales community by independently creating blog posts, presentations, etc.
• In this context, you will view our internal GenAI tools as an opportunity and support their increased application within our team.
• In close collaboration with the team and other relevant stakeholders, you will ensure that our topics are communicated globally within Bosch Rexroth and that information can be shared quickly.
• Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to experience methods from the agile working environment in practical application.
• After the onboarding process, we will jointly determine the focus areas of the internship based on your skills and interests.

• Education: studies in the field of Media or Communication Management, Business Administration, Design, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: a strong sense of structured and visual design, along with global thinking and interdisciplinary understanding; ideally, some initial experience in creating blog posts and documentation
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a communicative individual who works independently and is highly motivated; with your quick comprehension skills, you can rapidly understand issues and their interrelations
• Work Routine: mobile working within Germany possible after onboarding
• Enthusiasm: affinity for new media and technologies, along with a passion for quickly and effectively familiarizing oneself with diverse topics; willingness and interest in solving tasks using GenAI
• Languages: very good in English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 3 - 6 months

You want to work flexibly from your home in Germany or prefer working at the Bosch location in Ulm? For positions with the addition “remote possible”, you can agree on the appropriate collaboration for your task together with your manager and your team within the framework of Smart Work.
