Job Description- Support the global Finance & Controlling team of BU Audio in carrying out analyses and reports of relevant key figures
- Develop, optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs such as sales, order intake, profitability and headcount, including data preparation, modelling and visualization.
- Support the automation and standardization of recurring reporting and controlling processes, reducing manual Excel and reporting activities where possible.
- Explore and support practical AI use cases within Finance Controlling, for example automated analysis, management summaries, anomaly identification, information retrieval or improving existing reporting workflows.
- Getting to know the day-to-day business as well as exchanging ideas and collaborating with all interfaces of the Audio community worldwide
- Education: Bachelor / Master studies in business administration, economics , Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, ICT or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on controlling & accounting
- Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, initial professional experience through internships or part-time jobs
- Qualification: Confident use of Excel and good knowledge of Power BI. Experience with Power Query and/or DAX is desirable. Knowledge SQL, Python, Power Automate, SAP/R3, or similar data and automation tools is an advantage.
- Personality and Working Practice: Reliability, a strong affinity for numbers, good analytical skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Languages: Very good written and spoken English skills, good German skills are an advantage
