Join us as Intern in Risk Management(6 months)

Start date: August 2026

The intern in the SD Risk Management is responsible for assisting with incident
management and administrative duties of the European risk team. The SD intern will report to the SD Risk Manager in Luxembourg and form part of an overall team in Europe of 13 across 3 locations (Lux, Dublin and Krakow). The intern will provide support on day to day tasks especially around the Incident reviews
Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the global SD Risk meetings as well as in the meetings with the various business lines.
  • Review, analyze and follow up on internal incidents with financial impact and “near misses”. Assess if error reoccurrence preventive actions are reasonable and ensure that they have been implemented.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting materials, and department presentation materials (from the collection of the necessary information to the final formatting of the documents).
  • Assisting with the execution of Quality Assurance reviews.
  • Actively participate in the BBH social activities and various BANC invents in order to expand their network and knowledge of various business lines and BBH culture.
  • Assisting with gathering and analyzing data to conduct audit-related activities.
  • Participate in performing deep dive/workflow reviews where applicable.
  • Assisting with procedures, checklists, file maintenance, etc.
  • Assist SD Risk Management Team with general administration tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Pursuing Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues.
  • Organized, attention to detail.
  • Communicates effectively.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English.

In order to be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Internship required for graduation.
  • Formal signed internship agreement provided by university.
