Join us as Intern in Relationship Excellence team (6 months)
Start date: August 2026
As Intern in the Relationship Excellence team you will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Excellence team of Relationship Managers and Sales Managers with market research, preparation of documentation and Client meetings, to support new commercial opportunities. You will work alongside other departments including Client Service and marketing.
Principal responsibilities:
Market Research
- This research will focus on the capture of information in the following areas for both existing clients and prospects:
- Identify the full scope of clients’ assets
- The jurisdictions and fund vehicles in which they are maintained
- Their existing service providers
- Historic rates of AUM growth
- Market commentary on the history strategic evolution of the organization
- Press releases and other official communications
Additional tasks
- Assisting with the preparation for client/ prospect meetings
- Assisting with documentation to support new commercial opportunities
- Event Management
- Providing detailed analysis and reporting
Knowledge , Skills and Abilities
- BA/BS degree (business/finance/accounting concentration is preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, data management and presentation skills
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of MS Office products, especially .xls and .ppt
- Fluency in English; French and German are benefit
In order to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Available for a minimum of 6 months starting in August 2026
- Internship required for graduation and currently studying for a Master’s degree (specializations such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent would be an asset)
- Formal signed internship agreement provided by university
