Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on policies, regulations, programmes and international best practices, including literature reviews, benchmarking and basic data analysis.
- Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews or focus groups with public sector stakeholders and consolidating the findings.
- Analyse datasets (e.g. administrative data, survey results, performance indicators) to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of reports, slide decks, briefing notes and other client-facing materials, ensuring clear, concise and well-structured communication.
- Help prepare for and document workshops, consultations and meetings, including drafting agendas, materials, minutes and follow‑up action items.
- Support the preparation of proposals, concept notes and background research for new public sector consulting opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and, where relevant, external partners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality project outputs.
- Participate in internal learning, knowledge management and process improvement initiatives related to public policy analysis and public sector reform.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy setting
- Previous internship or project experience in consulting or related fields is a plus
