We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to support the coordination of internal projects and help manage our Jira Service Desk.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to follow progress, follow up with developers, assign support tickets, and keep communication flowing with our internal customers. This role is ideal for a student in their final university years who’s organized, proactive, and curious about how tech teams work behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Track progress on internal projects
• Follow up with developers and team members to gather updates
• Raise delays or blockers early and help keep timelines visible
• Monitor the internal Jira Service Desk: assign tickets, ensure timely replies, and escalate when needed
• Make sure internal clients are kept informed on ticket status - either directly or by following up with developers when a technical reply is needed
• Prepare and send weekly status reports (for both projects and support tickets)
• Help maintain project and support documentation

What we’re looking for

• Student in the final years of studies (technical, management, or business preferred)
• Basic understanding of software development and tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in following up
• Comfortable speaking with both developers and internal clients
• Interest in mobile games, tools, or SDKs is a plus
