The Regional Culture Marketing (Midwest) Intern will support the Midwest Culture Marketing team in bringing Red Bull’s music and dance strategy to life. As the Culture Marketing Intern, you will focus heavily on campaign and event execution, hospitality, onsite production, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on hip hop and culturally relevant music properties in 2026. This is a unique, hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands regional music culture, and is excited to help execute world-class brand experiences.
Job DescriptionEVENT PLANNING & ACTIVATION
Support planning and execution of 2-3 Red Bull-owned music events across the region, including timelines, production logistics, and hospitality
Assist with onsite execution (load-ins, run-of-show, troubleshooting) to ensure premium production, strong branding, and seamless consumer experience
Help oversee third-party music and dance activations, maintaining product availability, visibility, and brand standards
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, vendor coordination, and documentation
Support post-event recaps, reporting, and photo/video asset management
Partner cross-functionally (Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure integrated execution across initiatives
Provide general support across Culture Marketing projects as needed
REGIONAL CULTURE STRATEGY
Support execution of the Midwest regional culture marketing plan, including a major Q4 2026 hip hop property
Identify and track key regional cultural scenes and emerging trends to inform programming and strengthen consumer relevance
QualificationsActively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative team settings
Comfortable working in fast-paced, live event environments
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback
Deeply connected to Midwest music and culture, especially hip hop and emerging scenes
Additional InformationThe compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
