Essential Responsibilities:
Support the Program Management team in monitoring both legacy and new production programs
Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational and financial data to track actual costs versus Business Plan assumptions
Support cost control and profitability analysis activities, identifying gaps, trends, and potential areas for improvement
Contribute to the evaluation of revenue enhancement opportunities across commercial service programs
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for internal program reviews and management discussions
Liaise with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment on program performance
Support the development, update, and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools used to monitor program cost and operational metrics
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance existing digital solutions and facilitate operational activities through process simplification and automation
Get practice in program management processes, business analysis, and cross-functional team collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent Italian and English
Strong analytical mindset and confidence in handling data and performance metrics
Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
