Role Responsibilities:  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Supply Chain Excellence, Compliance and Project team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, work with SAP and business stakeholders, and develop an understanding of how supply chain processes operate in a global organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Back Office Operational Support – Support day-to-day back-office activities, including maintaining data in SAP, updating pricing information, processing operational requests, and following established processes and procedures. 
  • Freight Cost Management Support – Assist with freight cost activities, including processing and validating freight invoices, following up on discrepancies, and maintaining documentation. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain teams and hauliers, to support daily operational activities. 
  • Systems and Process Support – Use SAP and other business tools to support operational processes and maintain accurate data. 
  • Continuous Improvement – Support process documentation, standardization activities and ongoing improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Excellence team. 

About You 

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree. 
  • You are eager to learn, proactive and motivated to gain experience in a corporate environment. 
  • You have a positive can-do attitude and an interest in developing your knowledge of Supply Chain. 
  • You are organized, detail-oriented and able to complete routine administrative tasks accurately. 
  • You have good communication and collaboration skills. 
  • You can communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. 
  • You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage. 
  • Previous work experience, internship experience and SAP knowledge are not required. Training will be provided. 
  • You are available for at least 25 hours per week. 
  • You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and attending the office when required. 

     What We Offer 

  • Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months). 
  • Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program. 
  • Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 25 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week). 
  • Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

  • A modern office in the city center for a newly established HUB, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.
