As an Intern - Customer Supply Operations, you will support order transaction center activities and work alongside experienced professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order management processes.

Available Teams/Functions
As part of the Customer Supply Team, you will support order transaction center processes and collaborate with colleagues across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the processing and validation of customer orders in business systems.
Assist with order management activities from order receipt through delivery and invoicing.
Monitor incoming customer requests and ensure they are routed to the appropriate team members.
Support the resolution of customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
Cooperate with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Maintain accurate customer and transactional data.
Assist with reporting and administrative activities related to customer orders.
Support continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within the Customer Service area.
Execute activities in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
About You
You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
You are interested in developing a career in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
You have strong communication and organizational skills.
You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
You enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.
You are proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage.
You are available to work at least 30 hours per week.
What We Offer
Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).
Possibility of employment after completion of the internship program.
Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
