Available Teams/Functions
Within the Advanced Materials division, you will have the opportunity to join the Communications Team as a Communications Intern. This role provides exposure to regional communications activities, while also supporting selected global initiatives.
The Communications Intern will support a variety of internal and external communications activities. Working closely with experienced communications professionals, you will help coordinate marketing initiatives, support digital communications channels, maintain communication assets, and contribute to projects that strengthen Huntsman's brand and employee engagement
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing activities, including trade show logistics, purchase requisitions, and artwork approvals.
Draft, coordinate approvals, and publish content on social media channels, external websites, and the intranet hub.
Pull monthly metrics from communications channels, update dashboards, and analyze trends for discussion with the wider communications team.
Contribute to team brainstorming sessions, idea generation, research activities, and project follow-up.
Support content planning and scheduling by coordinating approvals, revisions, and publication timelines for marketing collateral and communications materials.
Ensure communications files and assets are up to date, correctly tagged, and organized within approved repositories such as SharePoint and Brandfolder
About You
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and well organized.
You can effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured manner.
You have strong Microsoft Office skills.
You are eager to learn and work in an international environment.
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You are available to work at least 20 hours per week.(availability requirement aligned with Huntsman Internship Program format)

Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
