The Creator Marketing Intern will play an active role in bringing Red Bull’s Creator Marketing strategy to life. You’ll help discover rising creators, support meaningful relationship building, and contribute to the day-to-day execution of creator-led campaigns within Red Bull's world of Sports, Music and Dance.
You’ll gain real, hands-on experience building and nurturing a dynamic network of U.S.-based creators who share authentic passion points. In this high-performance environment, you’ll support fast-moving campaigns, collaborate across multiple teams, and sharpen your communication, organization, and project management skills. You’ll also learn to spot opportunities to elevate storytelling and maximize the impact of every campaign.
Job DescriptionCREATOR IDENTIFICATION
Partner with the National Creator Marketing team to identify emerging creators and build genuine, long-term relationships
Contribute fresh, culturally relevant ideas and help bring them to life through our creator roster
Stay tapped into trends, communities, and conversations shaping Sports, Music, and Dance culture
CONTENT & EVENT COORDINATION
Help plan and execute unforgettable creator experiences and innovative brand moments
Support onsite event execution — ensuring content opportunities are intentional, seamless, and high-impact
Assist in hosting creators at Red Bull events, including itineraries, logistics, and elevated welcome experiences
DATA TRACKING + WINS
Support tracking and reporting of creator content performance across platforms and tools such as StoryClash, PEMO, Native Platform
Help translate data into insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Assist in building best-practice materials to share with global and regional teams
QualificationsActively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback
Additional InformationThe compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
