WHO WE LOOK FOR
Virtuos is always working on exciting and ambitious projects. With great projects come great responsibility, and our Production Management team needs an exceptional individual to support project coordination, team collaboration, and efficient workflows.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Production Managers in tracking project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
Support communication between internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
Help in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with various departments, including Artists, Engineers, and Designers, to streamline workflows.
Identify and report potential production bottlenecks or risks to the team.
Learn and apply industry best practices in project management and game production.
Open to students pursuing degrees in Project Management, Game Production, Business Management, or a related field, preferably in their final semester with a requirement for industrial training.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
Passion for game development and an understanding of production pipelines is a plus.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Game Production, Business Management, or a related field
- Preferably in the final semester with a requirement for industrial training
