Essential Responsabilities
Learn how to perform monthly workforce analysis at plant level, driving variance analysis by shop
Help in monitoring performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency
Support in monitoring and analysing production requirements
Learn how to plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce
Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation
Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch
Take part in Hourly (Direct/Indirect) analysis activities and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs
Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning
Essential Requirements
Master’s Degree in Management Engineering
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
Analytical and organizational ability
Fluent Italian and good level of English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
