Job Description:
1. Catch issues before they trend – monitor news, social buzz, and stakeholder chatter to spot risks early and keep things from escalating.
2. Turn raw info into leadership‑ready updates – summarise what matters, pull key insights, and help shape slides and talking points for decision‑makers.
3. Be in the room where things happen – support internal sessions, programmes, and discussions that drive awareness and real action.
4. See crisis mode up close – help track live developments, support coordination, and learn how big calls are made when pressure is on.
