Immerse yourself in the world of Talent Acquisition and help shape how we attract top talent to Flip. At the same time, you’ll be an integral part of our People Team, supporting us in creating a seamless Employee Journey from A to Z - from data-driven insights and internal events to strategic HR projects.
Talent Acquisition (approx. 50%+ of your time):
- Proactively identify and approach potential candidates via LinkedIn & other channels (Active Sourcing)
- Create job postings and coordinate their publication on various job platforms
- Build and maintain a strategic talent pool
- Support candidate management and interview coordination
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies
- Research new trends and (AI) tools to enhance efficiency
- Support recruiting reports and track key KPIs
People & Culture Projects:
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
- Contribute to internal Flip events such as Team & Culture Days
- Support projects in Employer Branding, Onboarding & Performance Management
- Help optimize processes across the People function
- You’re currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field, and are available for 5–6 months
- First experience in HR, Recruiting, or Active Sourcing is a plus - but not a must
- Passion for creative ideas and innovative approaches to talent sourcing
- Confident in using social networks and comfortable with digital tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy to create a positive Employee & Candidate Journey
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
- Very good command of German and English
- Work mode: We’re remote-first, giving you flexibility to work from home. At the same time, we deeply value the power of in-person collaboration. Depending on the role, you’ll join occasional team events, workshops, or meetings in our Berlin or Stuttgart offices - always with plenty of notice. The exact balance will be discussed during your interview.
