INTERNSHIP OPERATIONS & BUSINESS
FASHION DIVISION IBERIA
Starting September 2026
Integrated within the Fashion IBERIA team (5 boutiques, including 2 Wholesales), you will take part in the deployment and monitoring of operations projects and in animating our boutique network. You will also provide support during key business moments throughout the semester.
The internship will revolve around 3 main missions:
1. Development and monitoring of operational projects
• Supporting the deployment and follow-up of operational projects related to digital tools, care&repair services, and the employee experience in boutiques
• Analyzing key indicators, especially regarding stock performance and collections
• Optimizing stock allocation between boutiques in the region to achieve our commercial objectives
• Monitoring and assisting boutiques on procedural topics
2. Business analysis
• Analyzing network performance across regions, boutiques, clients, and sales associates
• Providing support during key business moments (buying sessions, budgeting, etc.) and conducting performance analyses
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for major market meetings
3. Product Merchandising
• Analyzing the performance of our product lines and collections, providing deeper insights by combining data analysis with field feedback
• Supporting boutiques during buying sessions: communicating buying budgets and ensuring compliance with buying guidelines
Required profile:
- You are pursuing a Bachelor degree (business or engineering school), with an interest in project management and a passion for numbers
- You have a strong affinity for digital tools and possess solid analytical and synthesis skills
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, dynamic, and proactive
- You are an expert with Excel and PowerPoint
- Recognized for your organizational skills, you enjoy teamwork
- You speak Spanish and English fluently
- A first experience in retail would be a plus
Skills Required
