We are looking for a proactive and organized Internship Office Manager Intern to support the daily workflow and operations of our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the organisational and the daily workflow in our Milan office.
- Act as the primary reference for employees, addressing daily office-related questions and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with our internal processes, office policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide general support to office visitors.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning crews and external services providers, manage communication with vendors as well as internal teams.
- Organize and manage team events, parties, including small events or monthly parties.
- Support the People Team with any internal communication and engagement activities.
- Assist the People Business Partner and People Operations with administrative tasks.

- Able to manage time and priorities in a highly demanding environment, and to positively, proactively and successfully engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organizational hierarchy.
- Fully proficient both in Italian and English.
