Internship (Marketing/Global Trade Services/Customer Experience)

The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers. Whether your interests lie in Marketing, Global Trade Services, or Customer Experience, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

Internship Opportunities by Function

Marketing (Local Marketing Development)

This role involves conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, customer behavior (Voices of Customers), and competitor benchmarking. It includes gathering, organizing, and interpreting data, as well as developing reports and presentations that summarize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Additionally, the role supports the development of economic outlook reports by researching and analyzing industry trends and their potential impact on economic conditions.

Global Trade Services

The role involves supporting brokers with daily backend tasks, data entry, and research, while preparing import/export clearance documentation according to guidelines. Additionally, it includes observing experienced brokers, building professional relationships, and completing any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Customer Experience

Focus on identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement by benchmarking industry best practices across CE frontlines, DCC, and PCC.
