Key Responsibilities
Actively participating in the Product Care Quality Team for cobas® x800 family and aligning and contributing to maintaining the quality of our on-market products.
Driving effective collaboration with fact-based prioritisation and resolution of issues impacting customer satisfaction as well as product quality, safety and serviceability
Managing on-market issues for product portfolio by maintaining the high field performance of cobas® x800 family systems, which have been so critically important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Contributing as a standing member of the assigned International Business Team(s) (IBTs)
This important dynamic and cross-functional role means you are a key communicator between other LCTs and IBTs, including the system, software development teams as well as closely working with our operation colleagues in consumables and reagents teams.
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of diagnostics and life science within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
Furthermore You Are
You have a strong interest in combining business and diagnostic & medical perspectives to drive market leadership and make an impact for patients
Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English language), additional languages is an advantage
Proven team player able to work in a complex matrix environment with diverse colleagues/ functions, but also have the ability to work independently
You are reliable, willing to learn new things and have a strong sense of self-reflection in a changing environment. You show ownership as well as responsibility for submitted tasks
Preferably you have already had first experience in the field of product or project management
