We are looking for motivated interns to join our Human Resources Department!
As HR People Lead Support Intern you will...

• Support the HR strategy
• Support our employees and internal communications
• Support on Human Capital reporting and analysis
• Support in the development of internal policies and negotiations
• Employer branding and driving forward the people strategy and planning

You might be the one we are looking for if...

• You are a student/ recent graduate of Human Resources or equivalent
• You have already completed an internship in an HR department in a multinational company
• You are recognized for your willing to learn and grow
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point are super valued)
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• Other languages would be a plus
• Project Management tools would be a plus

• Place of work: Madrid, Spain
• Beginning: January/February 2025
• Duration: 6+6 months agreement (through Escuela de Empresa)
• Compensation: 1000€
• Advantages: Flexible home working

Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the first step of the selection process will be in English. Please note that this is an extra-curricular internship, no agreement will be signed with universities.
