How you will contribute:
You will:

  • Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to help generating actionable insights.
  • Support the team in the execution of research projects. This involves coordinating research briefs, managing data collection and extraction, helping to analyze and interpret the results and agency management.
  • Understand the consumer landscape through analysis of the consumer and market dynamics, macro-economics, culture, people and channel trends. Help in identifying consumer trends and behaviors that can influence marketing strategies.
  • Create clear and compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other departments such as the Brand Marketing team but also Shopper Insights and other parts of the Insights team to ensure that global and regional best practices are shared.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Insights & Analytics team, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable. Data visualization skills to showcase data and present findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and insights clearly.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Curiosity to discover and learn, as well as drive for results.
  • Interested and motivated by working with others.
  • Passion for consumers, shoppers and brands.
  • Fluency in English and fluent in one of the 2 languages, French or Dutch
