Job Description
The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for
group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Within our industrial production site, the Quality department guarantees the quality assurance of our products by analyzing raw materials, and finished products.
Work assignment:
Team Integration: Become a part of the microbiology laboratory team by participating in training sessions and team meetings.
Training in a Testing Method: Get trained in a specific microbiological testing method, understanding the protocols and quality standards.
Conducting Tests: Perform microbiological tests on raw materials and finished products, adhering to established procedures.
Data Integrity Improvement: Identify and implement improvement actions concerning data integrity, ensuring accuracy and traceability of results.
Participation in Design Reviews: Take part in design reviews for new products, providing feedback and suggestions based on test results.
Follow-Up on an Action Plan: Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of an action plan aimed at improving laboratory processes.
