We thrive on innovation and are looking for a talented Audiovisual Studio Intern to help amplify our brand’s visual storytelling through dynamic multimedia content.
As the Audiovisual Studio Intern, you will be responsible for managing Quandela’s video studio and orchestrating the creation, production, and publication of engaging multimedia content, including videos and photography.
You will also oversee the management of the Quandela YouTube Channel, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent content that resonates with our audience and enhances our digital presence.
Video Studio Operations- Supervise daily operations of the Quandela video studio, ensuring all equipment is functional, organized, and production-ready.
- Oversee setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual gear to ensure seamless filming and recording workflows.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content from concept to delivery for a variety of channels (e.g. YouTube, website, internal use, social media).
- Capture high-quality photography for marketing campaigns, product documentation, and corporate communications.
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, HR, Sales) to craft multimedia content that reflects Quandela’s innovation, culture, and impact.
- Provide AV support for internal and external events, including equipment setup, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Operate and troubleshoot livestream setups to ensure high-quality broadcasts with minimal technical disruption.
- Assist in post-production of recorded sessions when applicable.
- Manage the publishing pipeline for the Quandela YouTube channel, including uploads, scheduling, and basic metadata.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and simplifies complex concepts into digestible formats for broader audiences.
Mandatory
- Currently enrolled in Media Production, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
- Hands-on experience with video production equipment, especially Blackmagic cameras, lighting, and audio setups.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in file management and production schedules.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with studio lighting, sound recording, and post-production workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., marketing, R&D).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good time-management and project juggling capabilities.
