Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we've come a long way. We've established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We've made our way from vision to prototype. We've secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We've delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We're building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.
People and Culture

Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we're an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

Join us for a 3-6 month internship based at our Sindelfingen office (Flugfeld-Allee 12, 71063). This is an on-site opportunity requiring 5 days per week in the office.
Your responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives (both online and offline)
- Assist in the coordination of events, roadshows and dealer activations
- Work with external partners, e.g. Marketing agencies
- Help implement brand and campaign activities at the local level
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of marketing materials
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics (e.g. event KPIs, campaign impact, lead performance)
- Conduct market and competitor research and derive actionable insights
- Prepare presentations, reports and summaries for internal and external use
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Automotive Management or a similar field
- Initial practical experience in a similar role or environment is desirable
- A structured and independent working style, plus a hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in marketing KPIs
- Affinity for the automotive world and enthusiasm for new brands
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Skills Required
- Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Automotive Management, or a similar field
- Excellent written and spoken German skills

Key markets for INEOS Composites products include Building & Construction, Corrosion-Resistant FRP, Transportation, Marine & Recreation, and Wind Energy. INEOS Composites products can provide composite materials with an array of functional properties including corrosion resistance, fire retardance, ultraviolet resistance, water and chemical resistance, high mechanical properties, thermal and electrical insulation, impact and scratch resistance and high strength-to-weight ratios
