We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Intern to join our Quality team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our internal process managers, content creators and training teams to map internal processes, create comprehensive work instructions, and facilitate process-related training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and knowledge management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

To be eligible to apply for this internship you must currently be a student at a Dutch university or a recent graduate of a Dutch university.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Collaborate with internal Process Managers and stakeholders to map and document internal processes. 

  • Create clear and concise work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

  • Assist content creators in developing, reviewing and organizing knowledge articles within our internal CRM system. 

  • Conduct research and gather information to support knowledge management initiatives. 

  • Maintain and update knowledge management systems and databases. 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions. 

  • Facilitate process and system training, based on SOP updates, as needed. 

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality team as needed. 

  • Analyze data related to the utilization of our internal knowledge management platform and make recommendations for improvements. 

  • Contribute to projects related to future of work and AI implementation within the knowledge management area. 

  • Working closely with learning teams to identify knowledge gaps and occasionally deliver training related to knowledge management. 

Who are you:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and tools (such as Salesforce Knowledge Base, Confluence) is a plus. 

  • Ability to analyze data related to learning penetration rates and make recommendation for improvements. 

  • Knowledge or experience using HTML are a plus.
