What you'll leave with
- Hands-on experience supporting a helpdesk ticketing system and resolving real end-user issues
- Exposure to identity and access management tools, including Google Accounts, Okta SSO, and AzureAD
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and Egnyte
- Introductory experience with Microsoft Azure and server administration fundamentals
- Exposure to endpoint management and MDM tools, including PDQ, Intune, and Mosyle
- Familiarity with IT asset management practices using Snipe-IT
- An inside look at network management, firewall basics, and cybersecurity best practices
- Mentorship from an experienced IT Systems Administrator and exposure to real IT project work
- Increased knowledge and experience in technology operations to carry with you for the rest of your career

Location
This role is located in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is why we offer paid housing for our interns!
