Join our internship program within IT Project Management Team which is responsible for coordinate tasks for project/program execution and portfolio management. The internship experience allows to cooperate with senior professionals in an international environment to drive projects/programs by applying consolidated methodologies such as PMI/Agile in a top-level finance context, in particular about consumer finance business, credit product/processes and multi-channel services. AI is strongly sponsored as a key enabler for efficiency and innovative problem solving approach.
Learning Objectives
- Apply AI tools and solutions to support project activities, improve efficiency, and foster innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Develop activity planning skills to organize tasks, priorities, timelines, and project milestones effectively.
- Prepare status reports to monitor progress, highlight key achievements, and identify potential risks or issues.
- Support financial monitoring activities by tracking budgets, costs, forecasts, and project-related financial indicators.
- Track communications and documentation to ensure proper information flow, follow-up, and project traceability and understand the fundamentals of credit products, related processes, and core finance principles within a banking context.
Requirements
