Job Description
IT Helpdesk (65%)
- Provide first-line technical support for internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to service desk tickets and provide timely, clear, and professional assistance to end-users.
- Assist with account management, including password resets, user access, and system permissions.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring they are functioning properly.
No-Code / Low-Code Developer (35%)
- Develop and deploy business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
- Design custom workflows, business logic, and automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and create low-code applications.
- Integrate Python scripts and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Platform tools.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Qualifications
- Final year student major in Information Technology, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or other IT support frameworks.
- Knowledge of other low-code platforms or automation tools is a plus.
- Have data analysis skill will be a plus (Python).
- Eloquent English and Vietnamese.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other low-code developer skill
- Ability to design and implement low-code solutions to automate workflows and business processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely resolution to IT issues.
- Basic knowledge of database management and API integrations.
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise instructions to end-users.
- Patience & empathy. Curiosity and continuous learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon- Fri).
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
