YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are part of the Inhouse Consulting team and conduct analyses, technological benchmarking, and competitive comparisons to identify new AI use cases
• You learn how to strategically sequence and prioritize use cases based on business impact and support the definition of the operating model for autonomous squads
• You contribute to cross-functional projects and help design and run change-management programs that ensure sustainable adoption beyond the pilot phase
• You use modern AI tools to independently automate tasks or analyze processes - even if you are not a developer
• In developing and implementing strategic solution concepts, you support Business Leads, helping to remove organizational blockers and accelerate time-to-value

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Academic background You hold an excellent Abitur and are currently enrolled in a university degree program among the best in your class
• AI expertise and IT skills You are tech-savvy and fascinated by Artificial Intelligence, data-driven business models, and especially agentic architectures and are proficient in using MS Office
• Analytical skills Your outstanding comprehension and analytical skills allow you to quickly grasp complex concepts and build business cases with value quantification ​
• Communication skills You bring excellent communication skills allowing you to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives ​
• Mindset You are passionate for the mobility industry and bring a strong "get things done" mentality ​
• Languages You are fluent in English and German
