Internship HR Project Office

Intern Responsibilities & deliverables:

• Support the HR PMO team with execution of global projects such as the Sustainable Employability project
• Support in administrative tasks; for example; setting up (project team) meetings, drafting meeting minutes, planning/organizing activities
• Support preparing communication and presentations for project teams, HERE employees, HR colleagues, etc.
• Support on documentation and analysis
• And of course, work on your own internship assignment at HERE

What is the HR PMO team all about:

Own and drive the People team communication​:

• Sharing updates and initiatives with our audience (HR, employee, leaders)
• Creation annual people communication agenda (internal & external)​
• Support People team global communication & launching campaigns

Execution and management of strategic HR programs​:

• Design, planning, implementation Global Strategic programs (examples: Culture Evolution, Compliance Strategy, Sustainable Employability)​
• Support project owners with planning and project management
• General support HR leadership team ​

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or a Master's program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in English is a must-have, as it will be the primary language of communication within our multicultural team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Eindhoven office
• Available to start mid 2025
