Stagiair HR - Global Projects and Recruitment

What will you do?

  • Assist in hiring our new interns for the February 2026 "Best Internship in Retail" program

  • Support the recruitment of new store employees who embody our brand values

  • Be part of an exciting transformation in our candidate experience project

  • Post, publish, and promote vacancies, ensuring the use of the most effective channels and the right tone of voice for each target audience

  • Communicate daily with future talent through various channels to guide them toward their dream job within our inspiring brand

  • Communicate with store managers, manage the recruitment inbox, and handle recruitment-related phone inquiries

About you!

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, HBO, or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Tech-savvy, with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable taking initiative

  • Participation in extracurricular activities during your studies or prior HR-related experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Available for 40 hours per week

  • Please note: writing a thesis during this internship is not possible

  • Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week). 

  • Travel Allowance: Max. 11,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard. 

  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks. 

Eligibility Criteria  

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply: 

  • You are an EU citizen, 

  • You are on a Family/Partner visa, or 

  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
