The IM business - very diverse, local and serving more than 2 million customers - uses data and digital to give customers a better experience and to continuously improve the way we run our business.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
During your internship, you will be supporting the IM data domain manager Sales & Marketing within the IM Digital team. You will interact with various business stakeholders in different geographies and also be at the interface between business and IT.
The main mission will be the alignment of Sales and Marketing Data in order to support business initiatives (Churn, Pricing, Customer Care and sales force effectiveness), tools and future AI initiatives.
Primary point of contact for data coordinators network
Gap analysis between different data models, in order to propose canonical upgrades
Propose alignments on attributes naming and definition with all geographies
Manage continuous improvement process of the governance tools (UAT,...)
Coordinate a worldwide community of practice on canonical data models.
Are you a MATCH?
Currently studying at M1/M2 master level (engineering school, business school, or university) with a first experience on data modeling
Analytical skills (experience in data analysis or business analysis would be a plus)
Ability to build relationships with all types of interlocutors, very clear and good communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken), French is appreciated
Proficient with Google Suite and BI tools.
