Job Description:
As a Stakeholder Relation your role is mainly to manage relationships with government agencies, partners, communities, and internal teams to support the organisation’s objectives.
Key tasks would be:
- Develop Stakeholder Engagement.
- Liaison for Government & Regulatory Agencies.
- Communications & Correspondence i.e. Prepare official letters, briefing notes, talking points, and email correspondence for stakeholder engagements, timely and professional communication with external stakeholders.
- Track & Manage Stakeholder Issue Management i.e. feedback, concerns or requests.
- Meeting & Coordination - Organise stakeholder meetings, workshops, dialogue sessions, and site visits.
- Reporting & Monitoring - Track engagement outcomes and provide updates or reports to management. Maintain stakeholder databases and engagement records.
Note: Flexible and able to support work requirements during weekends or outside normal working hours when necessary.
Students from Business Studies/Administration, Economics & Commerce, Marketing & Branding, Management or any related fields are encouraged to apply.
