Job Description:
Main Role: To support the Procurement Governance Control team in leveraging data analytics, Power BI reporting, and AI-driven digital solutions while contributing to governance reporting, secretariat functions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
1. Data Collection, Analysis & Digital Solutions
- Support the collection, cleansing, validation, and consolidation of data from various internal sources to support governance reporting and performance monitoring activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining datasets for Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered agents, automation tools, and digital solutions to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline reporting processes.
2. Governance Reporting & Secretariat Support
- Assist in coordinating end-to-end CPRC/CPAC secretariat activities, including meeting and logistics arrangements.
- Monitor action items and maintain records related to governance deliberations and committee decisions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, databases, and repositories within SharePoint and other internal platforms.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Support the monitoring of official mailboxes and communication channels to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
- Support contract status tracking, CoRA mitigation reporting, benchmarking studies, and other ad-hoc analytical exercises.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and management updates for internal stakeholders.

Skills Required
- Enrollment in Information Technology or a related field
- Support data collection, cleansing, validation and consolidation
- Ability to develop and maintain datasets for Power BI dashboards
- Familiarity or interest in AI-driven solutions and automation tools
- Experience with or ability to maintain records in SharePoint
- Ability to prepare presentation materials, reports and management updates
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
