What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • People Data Analytics: Conduct data analysis to uncover insights that support better people and business decision-making

  • Data Product Development: Build dashboards and self-service data solutions to improve productivity and accessibility of insights

  • AI & Automation Solutions: Support the development of chatbot-based solutions and initiatives to drive AI adoption within the organisation

  • Predictive Analytics & Modelling: Assist in developing data models to forecast trends and generate predictive insights using people data

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to adopt data-driven solutions

  • Ad-hoc Support: Contribute to additional analytics, reporting, or transformation initiatives as required

You’ll work closely with the People Analytics & Engagement team within Group Human Resources, partnering with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and technology teams. This collaborative setup will give you exposure to how data expertise is applied across functions to deliver practical and impactful solutions.
