Description of assignmentWe are looking for a motivated intern to develop an AI chatbot that supports engineers in answering technical questions and/or checking the quality of their work. This chatbot, based on Copilot technology, will need to acquire knowledge from existing information sources and be supplemented with expertise from internal specialists.
Department descriptionYou`ll be part of the Loop Group which is responsible for delivering the loop sorters in our projects. These loop sorters (Crossorter and Helixorter) are applied in three market segments (Airports, Parcel and Warehouse Automation) all around the world.
Tasks/responsibilities- Research existing AI chatbot solutions and best practices
- Design and develop an AI chatbot that can support engineers
- Integrate the chatbot with existing information sources and databases
- Collaborate with internal experts to gather and integrate additional knowledge
- Test and optimize the chatbot to improve accuracy and usability
- Document the development process and the results
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
