What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience Design: analyse customer journeys, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements that make investing simpler, faster, and more intuitive
- Digital Product Development: support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and requirements gathering to feature development and implementation
- AI & Innovation: explore and apply AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance customer and business outcomes
- Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and operational metrics to uncover insights and recommend improvements
- Business Analysis: gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product and process enhancements
- Product Delivery Support: participate in product discussions, sprint planning, testing activities, and solution implementation initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and operations partners to support project delivery and business objectives
- Vendor & Governance Support: assist in monitoring vendor performance, service levels, and outsourcing governance activities to ensure effective service delivery
- Digital Transformation Projects: support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital capabilities
