We are looking for a motivated, creative talent who can join us for a period of 6 months to support the project team and external stakeholders with the elaboration of process, data & system requirements for our new production plant in Canada.
Job DescriptionPROCESS DEVELOPMENT
In this internship, you'll participate in requirement specification workshops and support the project team in defining the most efficient solutions for the new plant. This includes developing the future processes together with our business experts and deriving respective requirements for the implementation by our partners and the IT department.
PROCESS VISUALISATION
You'll assist in drafting creative mock-ups to foster detailed discussions on the different variants of the future process.
DOCUMENT AND TEST
You'll contribute to documenting the discussed requirements and processes. In addition to that, you will support the creation of a holistic test concept for the new production plant to ensure a successful Go-Live.
Qualifications- Advanced undergraduate students, postgraduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor's/Master degree)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of project management, supply chain management, User Experience or similar
- Experience with project & process management standards
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, structured thinker with a creative mindset
- Knowledge in tools for whiteboarding & concept development, such as Figma or Miro

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.165,00 gross per month.
