This position is for an internship role in Ericsson Spain.
We are now looking for a GenAI developer to prototype on GenAI automations applied to Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC). You'll analyze requirements and prototyping on new GenAI technologies to be incorporated into our tools ecosystem. You'll work following Lean and Agile ways of working and be part of platform team in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
What You'll Do:
  • Use Case Grooming: Detail GenAI use cases aligned with business needs and defining scope and objectives.
  • Data Acquisition and Preparation: Gathering, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to ensure quality and suitability for GenAI models.
  • Model Development and Experimentation: Designing, developing, and training GenAI models using appropriate frameworks and techniques, and experimenting with different architectures and hyperparameters.
  • Coding and Implementation: Writing efficient and well-documented code to implement GenAI models and integrate them into existing systems.
  • Evaluation and Validation: Evaluating model performance using relevant metrics, validating results, and iterating on models to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, and communicating technical findings and insights effectively.

What You'll Need:
  • Experience in Cloud providers (Azure, AWS) and Codding Buddy Tools
  • Experience on applied DevSecOps methodologies and tooling.
  • Experience on Python.
  • Experience on Prompt Engineering and basic GenAI Architecture.
  • Knowledge on Agentic Frameworks
  • Communication Skills
  • Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills
  • Good English Level (Multi site project where English is vehicular language)
