Job Description
Join our Europe & North Africa Digital Marketing & eCommerce team, as an E-Commerce Product Assistant.
During this, you’ll be part of the Product & Partnership team, contributing to innovative digital product development, including our Gift Card platform – and supporting new market rollouts. It's a great chance to work in an international environment, enhance your skills, and make an impact across multiple e-commerce initiatives.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative support: process hotel contracts, manage internal databases, update website and online shop content
- Participate in strategic projects such as Gift Card product development and digital roadmap initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support team decision-making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying and suggesting areas of optimization
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with an appetite for problem solving and being able to go into details.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management basics
- Proactive mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level
