You will support our dynamic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team in shaping and implementing our internal and external communication strategies. Your focus will be on the visual and content-driven preparation of DEI topics to raise awareness, inform, and inspire our employees. You will actively contribute to fostering an inclusive corporate culture.
 

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or a comparable field of study

• Initial experience in design and the creation of visual content

• Genuine interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics, with a strong motivation to actively contribute to a more just and inclusive work environment

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

• Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
