Internship Digital Marketing Operations

What will you do?

• Coordinating digital assets and projects from briefing to delivery for seasonal campaigns, ad hoc and new concept project as requested.
• Making sure the briefings are complete and clear for the designers for specific marketing tools like advertising for magazines, social banners, in-store POS materials, vouchers, billboards, posters etc.
• Monitoring the planning and ensuring timelines are being followed and manage expectations around delays.
• Working together with a great team of in-house creative art directors, digital designers, project managers and freelancers.
• Contact person for different departments within Hunkemöller HQ, countries Head Offices and external suppliers. 

About you!

• You're a Bachelor/HBO student (ideally with a background in Communication).
• You are passionate about Communications and Fashion.
• You have project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize.
• You have a critical eye for creative work and a great sense for graphic and design.
• You have a positive attitude, good team player, reliable, focused on deliverables.
• You're fluent in English.
• You are able to work at least 32 h/week on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing).

• Travel Allowance: Max. 11,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.
• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks. 

Eligibility Criteria  

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
