Your mission :
An internship opportunity titled : «Internship in Digital for Corporate Analytics» has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the "Digital for Corporate & Analytics" department.
Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in Jan 2027(date subject to flexibility).
Your main missions will consist of :
- Learn & Master Palantir Foundry: Receive hands-on training to build pipelines, ontologies, and operational applications on the Skywise platform (based on Palantir Foundry) which is a revolutionary digital platform for the aviation industry, developed by Airbus in partnership with Palantir
- Data Engineering: Design and build scalable data integration pipelines using Python and PySpark to ingest, clean, and model complex aviation data
- Leverage AI: Learn and utilize AI technologies on Foundry during application development
- Application Development: Build interactive, user-friendly frontend applications and workflows on Skywise that allow Airbus teams to interact with data seamlessly
- Data Analytics: Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights, helping business users optimize their processes
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with senior data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:
- Palantir Foundry tools like Code repository, Pipeline builder, Access management, Ontology, Object explorer, Workshop, Templates, Marketplace, Quiver, Slate etc
- Develop your proficiency on Python, Pyspark, SQL, Data engineering, Javascript, Typescript, HTML/CSS
- Ability to understand business requirements and develop applications on Skywise (based on Palantir Foundry)
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing “BE / B Tech”.
You possess the following competences:
- Technical skills :
- Python, Pyspark, SQL
- Data engineering
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new platforms (like Palantir Foundry) quickly
- A genuine interest in building a career in the aviation and manufacturing domains. You want to see your code impact physical, real-world engineering feat
- Soft Skills :
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
- Autonomous and Proactive
- Language skills :
- English : advanced
