Job Description:  
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in digital advertising sector and work with professionals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. We are looking for candidateswho are currently pursuing a Degree or a Master for our paid internship program.
As a Design Intern you will support our Marketing Team in creating visually engaging materials across digital channels. This role involves assisting in the production of graphic assets, presentations, and basic video content while ensuring visual consistency across marketing communications, as well as contributing to translate ideas into clear visual content that supports campaigns, presentations, and brand communication.
Required skills:
1. A solid base in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to adapt designs to different formats and sizes
  • Experience preparing visual assets for presentations, social media, or web
  • Experience working with brand guidelines
  • Ability to maintain visual consistency across materials
2. Video editing & motion - basic level
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
  • Ability to trim and edit video clips, add subtitles and simple graphics, add music and export videos for different formats
3. Creating presentations & visual storytelling
  • Experience designing Google Slides 
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals
  • Creating simple diagrams, charts, or visual explanations
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling
4. Web & landing page tools - basic
  • Basic knowledge of no-code website builders such as Wix, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create or edit simple landing pages
  • Updating text, images, and visual assets
  • Basic understanding of layout and responsive design
5. Other tools
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express for quick visual production
  • Ability to search and select assets from stock image libraries
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design 
6. Soft Skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity about technology, marketing, and digital advertising 

Other requirements:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field – this is a must and candidates who do not fulfil this requirement will not be considered.
    • Advanced level of English (C1) required.
    • Interest in digital marketing and programmatic advertising.
    • Experience in digital advertising & marketing: media agencies, advertising technologies, will be a plus.
