Internship : Data Integration Project Manager

We are looking for our new intern for a 6-months internship.
👩‍💻 As a member of the operations team, you will:

Play a key role in: 

• Automating internal tasks to improve the efficiency of the team. 

• Developing and maintaining reliable and agile interfaces with carriers, customers and several telematic providers.

• Coordinating data integration projects with carrier partners and customers, in particular with their ERP or TMS solutions in relation to their IT department. 

Have the opportunity to:

• Design and propose solutions / patches to automate interface processes .

• Work on a daily basis with the Product Managers, devs, and business teams. 

• Develop, write and maintain technical documents and support materials for the support teams. 

Have the chance to:

• Provide technical support in case of incidents 

• Monitor production integrations with KPIs and dashboards

• Propose processes to constantly increase the quality and speed of interfaces

The integrations concern incoming and outgoing flows:

• transport orders 

• incidents on transport orders

• GPS positions

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Write scripts to automate internal tasks using python, zapier and other automation tools. 

• Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities

• Lead technical specifications and monitor the delivery of integrations as planned and designed.

• Monitor the status of the current integrations, specifically carrier and telematics to ensure that everything is working as expected.

🎊 You are our next Shippian if you:

• Fluent in English (French or Italian or German are a plus)

• Very interested in how IT systems work (technically speaking) 

• A former developer or freelance (including university or personal projects) 

• Able to take concrete actions, to argue, to establish consensus, to collaborate with business and technical teams 

• Dynamic, optimistic, autonomous and reactive. 

• Structured, synthetic and attentive to detail.

• Completing your Engineering studies
